Lou Jieh-Wan
Lou Jieh-Wan is the person to first invent the idea of a written script. He was of the Fair Elf race, and knew great patience. It was him who, while lamenting the loss of history due to forgetfulness, he had the idea of writing down the stories. Sadly this idea didn't catch on in his life time, however it was remembered as his idea
Feng En-Tian
Feng En-Tian is the person who managed to make the idea of writing popular. He created an easy to understand system that is still being used today, so as to ensure all people used the same system of writing rather then many different styles
Wei He-Lin
Wei He-Lin was a notable general, and thought to be one of the first emperors of the Wei kingdom
Wei Jiao-Du
Wei Jiao-Du is the current Emperor of the Wei Kingdom, a wise general. He is Fair Elemental Elf, and is rumoured to be a tiger bonded. It would explain why he has twin Tigers that are considered both as pets and great royalty
Lim Shi-Xiu
A great rarity in Wei Kingdom culture. Lim Shi-Xiu was a human who is notable though for being one of few humans to gain rank of General within Wei Jiao-Du's forces. He led his troops successfully and without fear of death against the barbaric Qan tribe that had attacked from the North East.
