Population: 8200, mostly elf, some human.
The city is built around a stronghold of stone and iron. It is governed by a court of aristocrats, though a consortium of guildmasters has significant influence and power. The city was struck by an earthquake recently, and many buildings are empty or in ruins.

Population 10600, primarily elf, some half-elf.
The city sits within a ring of mountains, accessible by a single pass. It is governed by an order of knights and warriors. The College of Warriors is located here.

Wu Kingdoms Northern most town, sitting north of the river. This is a heavily disputed territory, with both sides fighting fiercely over who should gain control of the land. The town itself has been deserted since the first devastating Wei attacks, and now it is merely an army town

Wuchang sits on the southern bank of the river cutting through Wu lands, that acts as a barrier between Wu and Wei lands.

On the stretch of river between these places was one of the sites of Wei's greatest losses, the campaign of Red Cliffs, where Wei armies were destroyed.

Population 44, mixed elf and other civilized races.
Most of the buildings are constructed from living trees. It is governed by a noble aristocrat, the elf lord Qin Lin-Luo. This place is known as a haven for the elves seeking to fight against Wei domination, who have fled their own land.
